Yes, you can still open an ABCSI online account if you have an account with other banks. The purpose of your Registered Settlement Account is to receive the funds you withdraw from your ABCSI account. The difference is, transferring funds to partner banks takes 6 – 24 hours while transferring funds to non-partner banks can take up to 48 hours.
